SmallBizVillage was created to help the small business owner, franchisors and franchisees, chambers of commerce and economic development organizations and all other entrepreneurs as it relates to real estate. SmallBizVillage is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Performance Realty Solutions (www.performancerealtysolutions.com).
Performance Realty Solutions is a commercial real estate training company that gives a street level view of the commercial real estate industry. The programs have helped both large and small firms better understand HOW and WHAT make the commercial real estate industry tick.
SmallBizVillage was formed by 2 individuals: Jake Adler (Jake Adler-Mayor of SmallBizVillage) and Bob Canter (Town Manager of SmallBizVillage). Both individuals have vast experience in both commercial real estate and dealing with small business owners. Both are entrepreneurs and know the challenges small business owners face. Jake and Bob also have a commercial real estate brokerage company called CA Commercial Realty Partners (www.cacrp.com) and are active in the marketplace. Maintaining activity is important to help keep small business owners up to date on current market trends.

Our flagship product available on this website is our "Commercial Real Estate Training Manual". The manual was created to provide a step-by-step guide to find and secure real estate. The manual is a combination of our training and brokerage experiences. Many small business owners find themselves on their own through their site selection process because their requirement is too small for real estate agents to work on.
This website will change often, as our hope is to provide a community atmosphere for small business owners to be a part of.
